Can’t I just do my own hashtag research?
Sure, but it’s not the best use of your time. If you’ve ever spent 8 hours assembling an Ikea dresser instead of paying someone £50 to do it, you know what we mean. When you let the pros (us!) handle your hashtags, you know you’re using the best ones out there – and you get to spend more time doing things only YOU can do.
Are hashtags still relevant in 2022?
YES! Hashtags are the only feature on Instagram that have stayed constant. They’ve worked the same way since their inception in 2011.
How often will I be charged?
Since SHC is a Membership + Hashtag Service, you will be charged each month or quarter (you are locked into that price as long as you are a member). If you do not want to be charged again you can cancel at any time before your next bill cycle and you will not be charged.

Aren’t hashtags free?
Yes. But if you want your hashtags to actually work, you need to do your research or pay us to do it for you. So how much is your time worth? £25/hr? £50/hr? You could spend 10-15 hours a month researching hashtags or you could let us serve you up the best hashtags on a silver platter. (While you dedicate your time to doing the things only you can do like conducting sales calls or creating bomb content.)
Can I cancel my SHC Membership?
Yes! All memberships can be easily canceled on your own – right from the member portal on our website! There are no contracts and no obligations – ever!
Will I gain 500 followers overnight using hashtags?
Probably not. Hashtagging, buying ads, and really any form of marketing is a long game. You need to show up consistently to see results. Also, remember that even the best hashtags won’t compensate for a half-assed social media strategy or a product nobody wants.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Since you get instant access to our library +60,000 hashtags as soon as you sign up, we do not offer refunds. You can, however, cancel your membership at any time by going to the “My Account” section.
