Reels That Actually Work

Welcome to Reels That Actually Work

Before we begin, a few things about how this course works.

There are no video lessons in this course. I know that might sound strange given the whole course is about Reels. It is intentional, and I want to explain why.

Most courses teach you by sitting you in front of a video and talking at you for an hour. That format is fine for some things, but it is not the best way to learn how to create content. To genuinely make better Reels, you need information that is easy to absorb, easy to revisit, and easy to apply while you are actually working. Watching me on screen would not help you do that.

Instead, every lesson in this course has two parts.

An audio version, around five to ten minutes long, that you can listen to while you walk the dog, drive to the wholesalers, do the school run, fold stock, prep your studio, or whatever fits your life. The lessons are designed to be listened to as podcast-style episodes, so you can absorb the ideas without having to sit down and watch a screen.

A written version, which is the full lesson text. You can read it in the same time it would take to listen, or skim it for the bits you need. The written version is structured clearly so you can come back to it when you are about to film, when you are stuck on a hook, or when you want to refresh your memory on a specific formula.

The course is genuinely AI-friendly. This is something I am quietly proud of. Every written lesson has been built so that you can copy and paste the entire text into any AI tool you use, whether that is ChatGPT, Claude, or anything else, and use it as a working brief. You can tell the AI what your business is, what your idea for a Reel is, and ask it to help you apply the formula or refine your script. The AI will have the full context of the lesson and be able to help you properly.

This is not a workaround. It is part of how the course is designed. AI is one of the most useful tools you have available to you as a small business owner, and these lessons are built to work alongside it. Use it. The members who lean into this approach will move faster than the ones who try to do everything from memory.

A few practical notes before you start.

The course works best when you go through it in order. Each module builds on the one before it. The formulas in Module 3 will not land properly without the audience work in Module 2. The mechanics in Module 4 only work once the formulas are in your hands. Trust the structure.

You do not need to do everything at once. Take a lesson at a time. Apply it. Make a Reel using what you just learned. Then come back for the next one. The members who succeed are the ones who treat this as a steady practice, not a content marathon.

If you have questions, the comments under each lesson are the place to leave them. I read them, the team reads them, and other members often have brilliant insights of their own to share.

That is everything. Click into Module 1 when you are ready, and we will get started.

I am genuinely excited for you to be here.

Sarah
