This is a personalised Meta Ads management engagement created specifically for Colette McBeth, based on a full review of her current ad account, Instagram presence, and sales pages.

The work is structured so that Colette continues to create her own creatives and messaging, while I handle the strategic setup, targeting, optimisation, and ongoing performance management inside Meta Ads Manager.

What Month 1 includes

Month 1 is a reset and foundation month. It is priced higher because it involves a full technical and strategic review before scaling spend further.

During this month I will:

Review all currently running campaigns, including Core Story Lab (£22), Disruptor (£11), and existing retargeting and interest-based structures.

Audit the full ad account setup, including audience logic, exclusions, budget allocation, and delivery behaviour.

Check Pixel setup and tracking to ensure results can be read and trusted before increasing spend.

Rebuild and expand audiences, including competitor-based audiences, which are currently performing consistently well across accounts at this spend level.

Tighten overall account structure so scaling from approximately £5k per month towards £10k and beyond is supported by cleaner delivery and clearer signals.

Review the sales pages your ads are sending traffic to and give specific, practical guidance on conversion details that are currently limiting scale, such as CTA logic and page flow.

Review your Instagram profile from an ads-support perspective and advise on:
• adding 2 additional Highlights
• a small adjustment to the pinned post so the profile supports paid traffic more directly

You will create the assets and make the changes. I will give you clear, written guidance on what to adjust and why, so the ads, sales pages, and profile are working together rather than pulling in different directions.

Day-to-day management

I check the ad account every single day.

This matters at your spend level because performance can shift quickly, and Meta delivery regularly moves through unstable phases where the right decision is to pause, reduce budget, or push spend on what is working, rather than letting campaigns run unattended.

Optimisation decisions are made based on actual delivery and data, not fixed rules or automation alone.

Timeline

Once payment is completed:

You will receive clear instructions on how to give me access to your Meta Ads account, along with a short set of questions I need before starting.

I then take up to 7 days to analyse what has been done so far, rebuild and expand the audiences, and put the right foundations in place before we begin pushing spend more confidently.

End of month review

At the end of Month 1, you will receive a written review covering:
• what we tested
• what changed
• what results we saw
• my recommendation for next steps

At that point, you can decide whether you would like to continue.

Ongoing support

From Month 2 onwards, ongoing Meta Ads management is available at £700 per month.

There are no long-term contracts. We work month by month. You stay because it is useful, not because you are locked in.

What this does not include

This service does not include creative production, ad copywriting, website rebuilds, or funnel builds unless agreed separately in writing.
