Description
This product covers the first month of Meta ads management for Live at Yours.
The first stage includes a full review of the existing Meta Ads account, previous campaign performance, current tracking setup, available audiences, campaign materials, and sales journey.
After the review, Sarah will prepare the campaign structure, set up the relevant audiences, write the ad copy, prepare the ad creatives using the materials provided, and launch the campaigns once everything is ready.
The initial review and setup usually take around 5 to 7 days after all required access, answers, and campaign materials have been received.

Daily campaign monitoring once the ads are live
Ongoing optimisation based on campaign performance
Monthly performance report
There is no fixed limit on the number of campaigns, ad sets, audiences, or ads created during the month. The campaign structure will be based on what the account and project require.
What Live at Yours provides
Access to Meta Ads Manager
Access to Meta Business Suite, Facebook Page, and Instagram account
Access to Meta Pixel / Dataset
Access to the relevant CAPI or external tracking platform
Ticket links and details of where sales take place
Existing campaign materials, including photos, videos, posters, website links, ticket links, previous ad copy, and any other relevant assets
Previous campaign results or sales information, where available
After payment
After payment, Sarah will send an onboarding email with instructions on how to provide access to Meta Ads Manager, the relevant Meta assets, and the tracking platform.
The email will also include a link to upload campaign materials and a short list of additional questions needed before the review and setup stage begins.
Timeline
The initial review, strategy, campaign setup, audience setup, ad copy, and ad creative preparation usually take around 5 to 7 days after all required access and materials have been provided.
Contracts and continuation
There are no long-term contracts and no lock-in.
This service is managed month to month. At the end of each month, both sides can decide whether to continue.
