From Month 2, ongoing Meta Ads management is £700 per month.

Description

This is a personalised Meta Ads management service created specifically for Feelin Fine Training Academy, based on a full review of the current Instagram presence, course sales page, existing Meta tracking setup and previous advertising activity.

The first campaign will focus on selling the Online Fine Line Tattoo Conversion Course for Permanent Makeup Artists, currently priced at £299.

Feelin Fine Training Academy will continue to create the advertising creatives and write the ad copy, while I handle the audience research, campaign strategy, Meta Ads setup, optimisation and ongoing account management.

I will also provide clear written guidance for the sales page, Instagram profile and advertising assets so the full customer journey is properly prepared before the campaigns begin.

What Month 1 includes

Month 1 is £800 because it includes the initial strategic work, account analysis, audience research and campaign setup required before ongoing management begins.

During Month 1 I will:

Review the previous Meta Ads campaigns and analyse what has already been tested, how budgets were allocated, which audiences were used and what the previous results tell us.

Review historical campaign performance and previous cost per sale before recommending an appropriate starting advertising budget for the £299 course.

Build a new audience strategy specifically around the Online Fine Line Tattoo Conversion Course.

Research and create competitor-based audiences using approximately 20 to 30 relevant Instagram accounts provided by Feelin Fine Training Academy.

These accounts can include permanent makeup trainers, tattoo educators, businesses selling to PMU artists, direct competitors and accounts followed by people who are likely to be suitable buyers for the course.

I will handle the technical audience creation and preparation required for these audiences. Feelin Fine Training Academy does not need to purchase audience-building software or manage the audience imports.

I will also research additional audience opportunities beyond the competitor list where the account data suggests they are worth testing.

Previous campaign review

Part of the initial work will involve reviewing the advertising campaigns that have already been run.

I will look at previous campaign structure, spend, targeting, conversion results and cost per sale so we have a clearer picture of what Meta has already learned about the account.

This information will also help determine the starting budget and which previous audiences, campaigns or approaches should be developed further.

Sales page review

The existing course funnel is already in place and has generated sales.

Before sending more paid traffic to it, I will review the current sales page in detail and provide written recommendations on the elements that should be improved to support stronger conversion from Meta Ads traffic.

This can include guidance on the page structure, messaging, positioning, CTA placement, offer presentation and any sections that need further explanation.

Feelin Fine Training Academy will make the website changes using the guidance provided.

Advertising creatives

Feelin Fine Training Academy already has advertising visuals, videos and copy available.

I will review the existing assets and provide clear guidance on which creatives can be used, which areas need improvement and what additional creative variations should be prepared for testing.

When new creatives are needed during the campaign, I will give advance notice and explain what I need so there is enough time to create them.

Feelin Fine Training Academy will create the final images, videos and ad copy.

Instagram profile review

Some people who see the ads will visit the Instagram account before deciding whether to purchase the course.

I will therefore review the Feelin Fine Training Academy Instagram profile from the perspective of paid traffic and provide guidance on any changes needed to the:

• bio
• pinned posts
• Linktree or profile links
• profile structure supporting the course offer

Feelin Fine Training Academy will make the changes based on the written recommendations provided.

Meta Pixel and tracking

The Meta Pixel and conversion events have already been checked.

The Pixel is installed and the relevant events are currently firing correctly, giving us an existing technical foundation for the new campaigns.

I will continue to review the tracking once the new campaigns are running to make sure the account is receiving the data needed for optimisation.

Ad budget

The Meta advertising budget is paid directly to Meta and is separate from the £800 management fee.

Feelin Fine Training Academy has previously used different advertising budgets and is currently comfortable beginning at approximately £300 per month, with the possibility of increasing spend once sales begin coming through.

Because the course is priced at £299, £300 per month may produce limited conversion data.

The final starting budget recommendation will be made after I have reviewed the previous campaigns and can see the historical cost of generating course sales.

We may begin at a controlled level and increase the budget once the campaigns provide enough data to make informed optimisation decisions.

Any increase in advertising spend will be agreed before the budget is changed.

First week

Once payment is completed, Feelin Fine Training Academy will receive instructions explaining how to give me the required Meta Ads account access.

The first stage will focus on reviewing previous campaigns and account data, completing the competitor and audience research, preparing the new audience structure and creating the campaign setup.

During this period, Feelin Fine Training Academy will also work through my recommendations for the course sales page, Instagram profile and advertising creatives.

The aim is to have the new campaigns prepared and ready to begin running within approximately 5 to 7 days, depending on how quickly the required assets and sales page changes are completed.

Competitor account preparation

Before the initial audience research begins, Feelin Fine Training Academy will prepare approximately 20 to 30 links to relevant Instagram accounts.

The list can include permanent makeup trainers whose audiences closely match the ideal buyer, tattoo educators, businesses already selling to PMU artists, direct competitors and accounts the target customer already buys from or learns from.

These accounts do not need to offer exactly the same course.

The important factor is that their audiences contain permanent makeup artists who could realistically be interested in learning fine line tattooing and purchasing the course.

Once the list is provided, I will handle the audience research and technical setup.

Campaign setup

Once the initial analysis and preparation are complete, I will build the campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager.

The campaign structure, audiences, exclusions, placements, optimisation settings and budget distribution will be set according to the account data and the strategy developed during the initial review.

The existing creatives and new variations will then be tested within that structure.

Day-to-day management

I check the Meta Ads account every day once the campaigns are running.

I monitor spending, audience delivery, campaign behaviour, conversion data and individual ad performance so optimisation decisions can be based on the data coming into the account.

I will manage campaign adjustments, audience testing and budget changes throughout the month.

When additional creatives are required, I will let Feelin Fine Training Academy know in advance and provide specific guidance on what should be created.

End of month review

At the end of Month 1, Feelin Fine Training Academy will receive a written review covering:

• what was tested
• which audiences were used
• what changes were made
• how the campaigns performed
• what the conversion data showed
• what I recommend doing next

At that point, Feelin Fine Training Academy can decide whether to continue with ongoing Meta Ads management.

Ongoing management

From Month 2 onwards, Meta Ads management is £700 per month.

We work month by month, with no long-term contract.

Ongoing management includes daily account monitoring, campaign optimisation, budget management, audience development, testing decisions, guidance when additional creatives are required and an end-of-month performance review.

What Feelin Fine Training Academy will provide

Feelin Fine Training Academy will provide the access required to manage the Meta Ads account.

Before the audience research begins, approximately 20 to 30 relevant Instagram account links will also be provided for competitor and audience research.

Feelin Fine Training Academy will create the advertising images and videos, write the final ad copy and make the recommended changes to the sales page and Instagram profile using the written guidance I provide.

What this service does not include

The £800 Month 1 fee does not include Meta advertising spend.

The service does not include producing advertising images or videos, writing the finished ad copy, rebuilding the website, rebuilding the course funnel or making website changes on behalf of Feelin Fine Training Academy.

Where changes are required, I will provide clear written guidance explaining what needs to be adjusted and what should be included.
