Description
This service covers 1 month of Meta ads management for Andrew Logan (@andrewjameslogan), an education and coaching business teaching business systemisation and financial strategy to network marketers, with a main site at andrewlogan.net.
The business sells through a funnel rather than a single purchase, and the ads will reflect that. At the front there is a free four step blueprint that captures email addresses, and a book offered on a free plus shipping basis with an order bump and a one time offer at checkout. Behind that sits the medium ticket programme and one to one mentorship. People at the top of this funnel are not buying anything meaningful on their first visit, so the ads are there to bring the right people in at a sensible cost per lead and then to move them along the steps that already exist.
The goal of the first month is to test the strongest advertising angles, audiences, creatives and campaign structures across both routes, the lead magnet and the book, so we can see clearly where the strongest return sits before scaling. The first month will be treated as a testing month, so the focus will be on collecting clear data, understanding how Meta responds to the account, and identifying which audiences, creatives and campaign objectives have the strongest potential.
Because Andrew Logan has already run Meta ads over a number of years, both directly and through previous agencies, the first stage also includes a full review of everything run before. Where there is enough historical data, it will be used to shorten the testing period. Where there is not, the account will be tested from a clean base.
The technical side is a priority in the first month. Pixel setup, events, event matching and the Conversions API are all checked end to end before spend is increased. Tracking that reports back cleanly is what allows Meta to find more of the people who actually convert, so this work comes before any scaling.
The first stage will start with a controlled daily ad budget for the first 2 weeks. This allows the campaigns to test without spending the full planned budget too early. Once there is enough data from the initial tests, the daily budget can move closer to the planned figure where performance supports it.
Where a live event is scheduled during the month, registration campaigns for that event can be built and run alongside the ongoing work, using the audiences and warm traffic already collected. This is planned around confirmed dates so there is enough time for the campaigns to gather data before the room needs filling.
Ads will be created and managed using the creatives, content, information and assets provided by Andrew Logan. This includes video and reels filmed for ads, images, book and lead magnet assets, page links, existing copy, testimonials and results, and brand messaging. Direction on what to film and which angles to test will be given as part of the service.
The monthly ad budget is separate from this management fee and will be paid directly by Andrew Logan to Meta.

Important notes
- The £900 fee covers the Meta ads management service only for the first month.
- The first month is priced higher because it includes the audit of previous campaigns, the full technical check across pixel, Conversions API and events, and the initial account and audience build.
- From the second month onwards, the fee is £800 per month.
- The fee is flat and does not increase as ad spend increases.
- The ad budget is not included in this price and is paid directly to Meta.
- Ad creatives are supplied by Andrew Logan. Creative production is not included in this service, and direction on what to film and test is.
- During the first 2 weeks, campaigns will begin with a controlled daily testing budget before moving towards the planned daily budget.
- The first month is a testing month. The focus is to find the strongest audiences, creatives, campaign structure and advertising angles before scaling.
- The higher priced programme and mentorship are a considered purchase. Results from the top of the funnel are more likely to appear first as leads, book orders and warm audience growth before they appear as programme sales.
- Scaling will only be recommended where the campaign has enough data and the performance supports it.
- Ad performance depends on the quality of the creatives provided, the strength of the landing pages and checkout, audience response, Meta’s delivery system, offer demand, pricing, and the available budget.
- There is no guaranteed number of leads, purchases, clicks, followers or results, but the campaigns will be monitored and optimised throughout the month to improve performance.
Contracts and continuation
- There are no long-term contracts and no lock-in.
- This is a month-to-month service.
- The fee is invoiced at the start of each month.
- At the end of each month, we review campaign performance and decide whether to continue working together.
- If work ends, the account, campaigns, audiences, data and all documents remain with Andrew Logan.
