This product covers 1 month of Meta ads management for Helpster charity (@helpster.charity).
The goal of this monthly management is to support Helpster’s donation campaigns, improve campaign performance, grow relevant profile visibility, and make sure the ad budget is used with care and intention.
Ads will be created using the content, information, and assets provided by Helpster. This includes existing videos, images, campaign messages, donation appeals, website links, and any relevant updates from the charity.
The monthly ad budget is separate from this management fee and will be paid directly by Helpster to Meta. The planned ad budget is $30 per day.

Controlled scaling where campaign performance supports it
Monthly performance report
Updates during the month if anything urgent needs attention
What the client provides
Access to Meta Business Manager or the relevant ad account, with no password needed
Confirmation of the main campaign goal for the month
Donation page link or website link
Current charity offers, campaigns, appeals, or fundraising priorities
Any available photo and video assets
Existing captions, stories, testimonials, beneficiary stories, case studies, or social proof where appropriate
Brand guidelines, if available
Any important legal, charity, or messaging requirements that must be followed
Important notes
The £500 fee covers Meta ads management only.
The ad budget is not included in this price.
Helpster’s planned ad budget is $30 per day and will be paid directly to Meta.
Ad performance depends on the quality of the content provided, the strength of the donation page, audience response, Meta’s delivery system, and the available budget.
There is no guaranteed number of donations, followers, clicks, or results, but the campaigns will be monitored and optimised throughout the month to improve performance.
Contracts and continuation
There are no long-term contracts and no lock-in.
This is a month-to-month service.
At the end of each month, we review performance and decide whether to continue working together.
