Description
This service covers 1 month of Meta ads management for Little Luelle, a UK-based brand making timeless baby and newborn clothing, shipping worldwide.
The goal is to bring in more consistent sales and help the business scale at a profitable rate, through conversion campaigns across Instagram, Facebook and all relevant Meta placements.
The first week is dedicated to getting everything ready for launch. This includes an audit of previous campaigns, a full check of the pixel, Conversions API and events, building audiences, and clear recommendations for changes to the Instagram profile and website that will help the ads convert better. Campaigns launch once everything is ready, usually about a week in.
Audiences are tested first, so we can see who responds before anything else changes, and ad creatives are then tested within those audiences. Cold and warm traffic are kept in separate campaigns, so the cost of reaching new customers can be seen clearly next to the cost of bringing back people who already know the brand. Budget rises in steady steps on what is already proven, and anything that is working is left alone.

Important notes
The fee covers the Meta ads management service only.
The first month is priced at £1,000 because it includes the audit of previous campaigns, the full technical check across pixel, Conversions API and events, the Instagram and website recommendations, and the initial account and audience build.
From the second month onwards, the fee is £800 per month.
The fee is flat and does not increase as ad spend increases.
The ad budget is not included in this price and is paid directly to Meta.
Ad creatives and copy are supplied by Little Luelle, with guidance, and this is reflected in the price.
All communication happens by email.
Scaling will only be recommended where the campaign has enough data and the performance supports it.
Ad performance depends on the quality of the creatives provided, the strength of the website, the offer, audience response, Meta’s delivery system, product demand, pricing, stock availability and the available budget.
There is no guaranteed number of purchases, clicks or results, but the campaigns will be monitored and optimised throughout the month to improve performance.
Contracts and continuation
There are no long-term contracts and no lock-in.
This is a month-to-month service.
The fee is invoiced at the start of each month.
At the end of each month, we review campaign performance and decide whether to continue working together.
If work ends, the account, campaigns, audiences, data and all documents remain with Little Luelle.
